The speaker will be Dr. David Hartgen, P.E.!

Dr. Hartgen is a retired professor of Transportation Studies at UNC Charlotte and is the President of The Hargen Group, a consulting firm specializing in transportation planning and policy. He has over 300 publications and holds a Civil Engineering degree from Duke and planning degrees from Northwestern.
