Immerse and inspire yourself in visual arts at the 10th edition of Singapore’s longest running contemporary art fair. ARTSingapore aims to bring contemporary Asian art in the region to Singapore to match the growing demand of the fast developing art market in Asia.
The fair will have a whole host of activities like art conversations and the popular talks series. You will also get to see some of the world’s leading galleries like Indonesia’s Zola Zulu Gallery, Korea’s Lee Hwaik Gallery, Taiwan’s Asia Art Centre and our very own Galerie Steph and Yisulang Art Gallery.
The highlight during the fair will be ARTSingapore’s first ever New Media Installation this October at Suntec Singapore. The multimedia presentation, titled A Rough Guide To (The Meaning Of A) Life 3.0: Moving Images and Meeting Kaidie (A)Live in Singapore! will feature local artist Tan Kai Syng’s online alter-ego Kaidie in her quest to find the meaning of life. Following that, a short film as well as interesting ‘live’ sessions which will allow visitors to interact with Kaidie via web-chat will certainly keep you entertained.
