Artoberfest is a fundraiser for the New Territory Arts Assoc, a nonprofit organization and benefit the NTAA's Art Educational Fund and other Arts Advocacy programs.

The festival grounds are located in the Livery parking lot and area surrounding The Livery in the Benton Harbor Arts District at Park and 5th Streets.
