Artist's Talk & Reception-Andrew DeCaen: Sonogram Drawings March 20, 2010

In conjunction with his solo exhibition, Andrew DeCaen will give an artist's talk at a reception from 6-8pm at Norwood Flynn Gallery on Saturday, March 20. Andrew will speak at 7pm. The drawings & prints in this show are a response to sonogram images of his daughter, exploring the concept of thinking about the unknown while looking at coded or veiled information...there is an interest in the absurd, the unnoticed, the unfathomable and an unconscious wisdom.
