Breakout talent and Los Angeles based artist JOEY DOTT, in partnership with the Melrose restaurant Chocolat, has made many of his key pieces available for viewing at all times in this popular hangout for fine dining at the storied corner of Melrose and Kilkea. While viewing the work of Mr. Dott, you can enjoy an enticing array of classic dishes ranging from Omelets to Ossso Buco or one of their signature martinis. Chocolat is located at 8155 Melrose Avenue.

JOEY DOTT, who is just coming off a groundbreaking February exhibition titled "Perceptions", has once again broken new ground. His highly original style of painting called “Thematical Figurative Abstract” has taken on a whole new medium. Mr. Dott has constructed some fascinating canvases - where it appears that faces and bodies are ‘coming out of the canvas’. These 3-D type paintings are one-of-a-kind and have been stopping people in their tracks. This exhibition of some of Mr. Dott's key pieces in an eclectic, nontraditional setting has been the inspirational backdrop for an unveiling of what some fans are describing as “art that is light years ahead of it’s time” and “mystique and intrigue that rarely speaks to you in a way that JOEY DOTT’s work does to me”.
