The Somerville Arts Council presents one of the area’s largest and most innovative arts festivals; it takes place in Davis Square on the evening of Friday, July 15th and during the day of Saturday, July 16th. This year our theme is “RED.” There will be over a dozen bands—including Mean Creek, Atlas Soul and Koliba— plus a dance showcase at the Somerville Theatre, 75 craft vendors, food, a Red Menace Parade and numerous activities and performances for children, including Vegetable Circus and Yo Ho Ho, the Pirate Show!
