Art of the Book: Cut Paper with Sara Bugess Newman April 15, 2010

In conjunction with the exhibition Our Struggle: Responding to Mein Kampf, which features the genre of the “altered book,” the Museum has joined with some of the best book and paper artists in the city to give beginners a chance to explore this creative field.

In this first of three classes, you will learn and practice the beautiful and intricate art form of cut paper and have a final masterpiece to take home.

Upcoming programs in this series include Gecco Screen Printing on 4/22 and Bookbinding on 4/29.
