This 6 day course is enjoyed by people of all backgrounds and traditions, the course includes yoga, meditation and breathing techniques, as well as, ancient knowledge about the
nature of the mind. A key component of the course is the Sudarshan Kriya, a simple but powerful breathing technique that brings the mind, body and emotions
into harmony.
