Art meets Wine at new Paso Robles Art Gallery May 21, 2010

Join us and our featured artists for our Grand Opening Vernissage and tour our newly opened Art Gallery while enjoying complimentary award-winning Vina Robles wines. Complimentary, no RSVP required.

6:00 - 8:00 p.m. An Evening of Culinary Heaven!
Our Swiss Chef Martin Columberg will serve delicious appetizers paired with our latest releases.

- Sea Scallop Carpaccio with a lime-thyme vinaigrette, baby greens, tomatoes and olive bread with our 2009 Verdelho and 2009 White4.

- Braised Beef Ragout with mushrooms, pearl onions and vegetables with papaya-mashed potatoes, paired with our 2008 Red4 and 2007 Penman Springs Petite Sirah.

- Assorted Artisan cheeses with balsamic syrup, spiced cranberry compote and crackers with our 2007 Ryan Road Syrah.
