Art Jam-Upcycle & Reuse Art March 4, 2011

Come create beautiful and unique art projects made from reclaimed materials donated from local businesses. Students will work with a variety of materials ranging from scraps of fabric to broken bike chains, creating original art pieces that will inspire future creativity. Each class will feature a different art technique and focus including weaving, collage, decoupage, mosaics, jewelry making, sculpture and more! Throughout the classes students will learn about the impact of an over abundance of waste on our community and how the method of reuse can not only enhance our creativity but our environment as well.
