Building on the foundation provided by the Art History 101 lectures last season, this series offers more advanced insight into the many styles of architecture, sculpture, and painting created from prehistory to our own day. This fall the lecturer studies prehistoric, Mesopotamian, Egyptian, Aegean, Greek, and Roman art and compares contemporary achievements throughout the world.
