Project Create is a nonprofit organization that sponsors free, after-school art programs taught by professional artists for at-risk children in Washington, DC. The Catalogue of Philanthropy decribes Project Create as "a feisty little nonsectarian organization [that] has found its niche as an after-school provider for children living in poverty."
