Art for the Dog Park February 20, 2009

Creative Treasures pottery, bead and fused glass art studio invites dog lovers to “unleash” their imagination and creativity for an Ankeny Dog Park fundraiser February 20 – 22. The “ART for the DOG PARK” event includes half-price price sitting fees – $2.50 for children, $3.50 for adults – with all sitting fees benefiting the Ankeny Dog Park project. For those without a “creative bone” in their bodies, Creative Treasures makes it easy to create personal works of art from more than 200 pieces of pottery, beads, fused glass and mosaic forms. In honor of the event, Creative Treasures will offer a variety of dog-themed items: canine paw print ornaments, treat dishes, water bowls, beaded dog charm bracelets and key chains.
