Art Expressions of Latin America IV Exhibition October 30, 2012

The theme of this year's exhibit is 'Art Expressions of Latin America: 500 Years of History & Heritage.' This particular theme is especially poignant as Florida prepares to celebrate the quincentennial anniversary of La Florida's discovery by famed Spanish explorer, Juan Ponce de Leon, marking the Spanish and European arrival that began the cultural melding that gives the great state of Florida the diversity it celebrates today. Twelve artists will display a variety of mediums including watercolors, sculpture and mixed media.
