Tarryn Teresa Gallery in Bergamot station began offering monthly artist critiques in November 2007. We host three or four artists for an informal peer review of several of their pieces per month. Our goal with these critiques is two-fold: firstly, to bring the MFA crit experience to all artists, regardless of their educational background, and secondly, to foster within our gallery a supportive community of working artists in Los Angeles.
If you would like to come sit in, or participate actively by giving feedback, you are welcome to do so. You do not need to RSVP. Please be on time, so as not to disturb the session. By participating, you will have the opportunity to meet the gallery directors, interact with other artists, enjoy our gallery space, and be a part of the Los Angeles art scene.
