Art Classes
A new session of art classes is starting Jan. 31st

8-week Fine Art Classes
The 8-week art class is general art class where students explore a variety of professional-quality art materials and learn different methods of drawing, and painting and of composition; the class also explores the use of texture, perspective and color theory to create finished works of art. All materials are provided.
1st to 4th Grade Monday 3:30 to 4:30
Grades 5 and up Monday 4:45 to 5:45
Adult/teen Monday 6:30 to 7:30

Pet Portrait
This class is a 4-week class focused on capturing the character of you pet in a painting or drawing. Students are welcome to work in any art media they wish to use, the classroom is carpeted so please no oil paint, but anything else is fine. Students need to bring in art materials for the project as well as a photograph of the pet. Register in advance for advice and tips on photographing your pet.
Adults/teen Mondays: 10.00am to 11:30

4-week Acrylic Painting Adults & Teens
This course will focus on the fundamentals of using artist acrylic paint. Class size is limited to allow for individual instruction each student will work on projects of choice. Students need to bring in art materials for the project.
Adult/teen Monday noon to 2pm
