Wildlife biologist and author Carrol Henderson's interest in birds includes a fascination with flight and how different birds have vastly different adaptations for how they fly. A background in physics and the Air Force, and photographing birds from tropical hummingbirds to Peruvian condors, have given him a unique perspective for this visual presentation.
