Raina Petkoff is a lucky young woman. Her family is well-off, her parents dote on her, and she’s engaged to a dashing young officer who has just become the hero of a major military battle. But all that is about to be turned upside down as, late one night, an enemy soldier breaks into her room and begs for asylum.
