Armed Forces Day - MALDON, Essex June 30, 2012

Maldon District Council's Armed Forces event gets bigger and better each year.

This year, the event will be in aid of 'Help for Heroes' and is being held on Armed Forces Day itself to encourage the public to come and join us in remembering and recognising the valuable work of all our Armed Forces personnel.

We will be having a display of vehicles, both ex and serving personnel, a flag raising ceremony at 1200hrs and hopefully a flypast with refreshments provided by the local WI available to purchase with a proportion being donated to 'Help for Heroes'.
