Armed Forces Day Flag Raising Ceremony June 20, 2011

An Armed Forces Day Flag Raising Ceremony will take place outside Old County Offices at County Hall in Aylesbury on the morning of 20th June 2011. The Chairman of the County Council wil be joined by a representative of the Buckinghamshire Lieutenancy, the High Sheriff of Buckinghamshire, Acting Station Commander of RAF Halton, members of the Royal British Legion and other distinguished guests to witness the ceremony. A guard of honour will be provided by RAF Halton and a lone piper from the RAF Halton Pipes and Drums will play a lament.
