Armed Forces Day Celebrations June 24, 2012

A family trail around the museum. Our handling collection, including our Royal Artillery Anti-aircraft sight, made in WWI and used in WWII. Some uniforms and hats/helmets to try on. One or two veterans to talk to about their experiences. Arts adn crafts to take home. Colouring in, puzzles and code breaking. As well as small guided tours in the afternoon.

All this and we have our fascinating museum diplays too.
