It’s an opportunity to do two things. Firstly, to raise public awareness of the contribution made to our country by those who serve and have served in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces, Secondly, it gives the nation an opportunity to Show Your Support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving troops to Service families and from veterans to cadets.
The Ashford Royal British Legion and AHBS are hosting this event at the Bandstand this year to celebrate.
Information stands for the RBL and Help for Heroes, Help Our Wounded and the RBL Riders Branch.
Entertainment will be provided throughout the day from the ATC 305 Band and performances from James Kirby, Chris Marsh, Ted Clark, Craig Sheridan and Dan Blood. A special performance from the 3PWRR Kohima Band will take place between 3-4pm!
There will be a small selection of military vehicles and the RBL Riders Branch will be with us for the day with their bikes :)
