Arizona Taco Festival October 9, 2010

On Saturday, October 9 from 10am – 5pm over 30 professional and amateur taco teams will be competing for $7500 in prize money at the first annual Arizona Taco Festival, benefiting Waste Not. Guests are invited to watch the teams battle it out, while enjoying $2 taco samples, on-site activities, including live music, a hot chili pepper eating contest, a Boutique Tequila Expo, the Tres Agaves Margarita competition, Macayo’s VIP tent, Salty Senorita Main Bar experience, and cooking demos. Tickets are $10 (free for kids under 12) or $50 for a VIP pass, which entitles guests to any combination of 10 food or drink items inside the Macayo’s VIP Tent and a swag bag valued at $250.
