Bassist and composer with a jazz background. Born in Matanzas, Cuba and raised in Miami Fl. I enjoy keeping an eclectic performance roster. I always welcome a musical challenge and always look forward to performing good music. Stylisically I specialize in jazz and latin jazz including Brazilian music, Cuban Music, Funk, RnB and fusion. I dont distinguish between genres,if its good music, Ill play it! BM University of Miami School of Music. Private instruction with: Nicky Orta, Don Coffman, Lucas Drew, and Ron McClure. Performed with: Othello Mollinuex, Ira Sullivan, Kevin Mahogany, Gary Campbell, Khalid Moss, Mike Gerber and Ray Vega amongst others. Current projects include the Ze Luis Quartet and the Richard Padron trio.
