Continuing Care Retirement Community in Plum, will host an educational seminar for older adults and caregivers entitled “Save Your Brain” with Dr. Paul Nussbaum, an internationally renowned expert in neuroanatomy and author.
During the event, Dr. Nussbaum will inform attendees about the five “domains” - Socialization, Physical Activity, Mental Stimulation, Spirituality/Mediation and Nutrition - that older adults should engage in to maintain a healthy brain lifestyle.Additionally, attendees will learn about basic brain functions and exercises to prolong cognitive abilities.
