Arbor Aid celebrates trees as a living resource in the City of Pittsburgh and encourages the possibilities they present for a longer sustainable future as furniture, flooring, artwork, and beyond. Arbor Aid features artwork created from salvaged urban wood: For this year’s event, all works will incorporate light!
Featuring: Music by Life in Balance and The Turpentiners, local food and libations from Dozen Bake Shop, East End Brewing Company, Rob Baran of the East End Food Co-op, Kate Romane, Six Penn Kitchen, Tazza D'oro, and Whole Foods Market, a silent auction and, of course, incredible artwork incorporating salvaged wood and light by local artists and woodworkers. Artwork will be for sale.

All proceeds benefit Friends of the Pittsburgh Urban Forest, an environmental non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the City's vitality by restoring and protecting City trees.
