Aqua Aerobics December 30, 2009

A GREAT aqua aerobics class for all fitness levels is available at the YMCA pool building on Great Plain Ave in Needham - just outside the center. Classes are Mon and Weds 8:30 - 9:15. Other classes Thurs and Fri 8:30 - 9:15. Great people, friendly and FUN!! Come try it - try 2 classes for free!
