Display of apron and carpet weaving by Dekyiling Tibetan settlement and Tibetan Women's Centre (TWC). Currently, there are 3,500 residents in the settlement and the TWC has about 100 families, both initiated by under the guidance of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, in Dehradun, India. The families earn their livelihood by the income from the Tibetan carpet and apron weaving section and a small tailoring unit. While some work in the handicraft centre and make good Tibetan aprons and other kinds of Tibetan souvenirs. Contact: 24619431.
