Appreciating Nature is a way for us to enhance our powers of observation, our joy and wonder with being present in nature and our artistic eye for the natural world. You will share in activities that enable you to observe more effectively, to experience the exceptional beauty that is all around you and to deepen your connection with the natural world. The program starts with exercises focused on observing the natural world and finishes with exercises that help us express our connection to nature. - - Chris has an environmental degree from the University of Wisconsin. He was trained by Joseph Cornell, the author of Listening to Nature. Chris runs programs in the Boston area. He walks outside most days of the year and is also an avid hiker and cyclist.
