$50 registration fee, which includes Saturday’s lunch, Friday night’s reception and continental breakfast Saturday and Sunday.

Program highlights:
This national program teaches key editing/coaching and management skills to frontline editors. The program, which will emphasize adapting skills to multimedia platforms, offers practical advice that editors can use on the job right away. The program is open to editors, college journalism faculty members and college student journalists. Participants are welcome to attend the entire program or any part of it.

Planning Content for Multiple Deadlines, Multiple Platforms (All)
Where does the story start and does it ever end in a Twitter-enabled news world? Tips and techniques from market leaders in managing multimedia news. 24Sata (Croatia), The New York Times (USA) and The Guardian (London U.K.)

Digital-J school: Learn how to use RSS feeds how to aggregate them using Yahoo! Pipes. PLUS: See how bookmarking and networking with Delicious can improve your digital classroom.
