Why: To celebrate and commemorate the significant contributions that Lysa Parker and Barbara Nicholson, API's co-founders, have made in the lives of families over the last 15 years and celebrate the publication of their new book Attached at the Heart.

Saturday, August 29
Morning: Family activities around Nashville. More details coming soon!

2:30 pm - 3:00 pm: Attached at the Heart book signing

3:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Panel discussion: "Making an impact on children: Creating a sustainable legacy" $10 general public, Belmont students and faculty free. Includes reception with panelists. Register.

Dr. William and Martha Sears, pediatrician, RN & authors
Dr. Stephen Bavolek, creator of The Nurturing Parent Program
Mary Ann Cahill, La Leche League International founder
Dr. James McKenna (tentative), anthropologist and Director of the Mother-Baby Behavioral Sleep Lab at the University of Notre Dame
Barbara Nicholson and Lysa Parker, API founders
Moderated by Lu Hanessian.

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm: API Reception, including the panelists. Admission included with panel admission, or $10 if purchased separately.

9:30 pm: 3rd & Lindsley Bar and Grill fundraiser, details TBA

2:30 pm: Attached at the Heart book signing

3:00 pm: Roger Day Family concert. $8 per person, children under 1 year in lap free. Purchase Tickets.
