The Pocket Sandwich Theatre's annual New Years Eve Theatre Party will offer the theatres first popcorn-tossing comedy-spoof of 2010, as well as a multitude of other nifty stuff. The play, Fangs For The Memories, was written by Joe Dickinson and Rodney Dobbs, and will be directed by Dobbs. This time, hard-boiled private eye Dirk Spatula faces opponents deadlier than muggers, murderers or Bourbon Street strippers as he is caught up in a feud between two New Orleans families of vampires. In addition to the comedy, the other nifty stuff included in the all-inclusive price of $85.00 per person (plus tax), is:- A complete buffet dinner: Hot entrees, pastas, salads, vegetables (including black-eyed peas, of course), cheeses, breads, a variety of munchies, and dessert)- Beer, wine, soft drinks- Door prizes- Pre-midnight comedy entertainment by popular comedy duo Lugo and Long (rated R)- Funny hats, noise-makers, champagne, and hugs and kisses at midnightDoors will open for dinner at 6:15.
