CONFERENCE THEME

SEAT conference serves as a platform for aerospace scientists and engineers who are in academia, government labs and industry to share and disseminate scientific knowledge, research results, and perspectives on the new challenges, future opportunities and emerging trends in aviation education, research and programs.

The themes of the conferences are:

• Space Environment
- Covers aerospace community, atmospheric/space/planetary environment, aviation weather, space weather,
and other related space and atmospheric environment.

• Aviation Technology
- Covers topics on Aerospace Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering

• The Conference Proceedings (Print ISSN: 2315-4152, E-Periodical ISSN: 2315-4160) will be indexed by EBSCO, CrossRef, ProQuest and will be submitted to Scopus, ScienceDirect and Cabell's Directories amongst others, where applicable.

• Best Paper Awards and Best Student Paper Awards will be conferred at the conference (in order to qualify for the award, the paper must be presented at the conference).

• SEAT 2013 will also constitute a Special Panel Session.

• Panel Proposals are invited for submission to the SEAT 2013. A minimum of three papers centering on a specific topic will be accepted for submission under Panel Category.
