Description: Hispanic Unity of Florida (HUF) is a private, non-profit human services agency that serves the needs of immigrants in South Florida. Founded twenty-five years ago in 1982, the organization helps more than 20,000 people annually through job placement, English language education, acculturation programs, legal assistance, Child and Family Literacy, youth after school and summer programs, a seniors activity center, financial literacy, FREE tax preparation, health screenings, outreach and referrals as well as, special community events.
