Annual ACC Writers' Workshop April 25, 2009

Alvin Community College will host its annual Writers’ Workshop on April 25, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in Building G, Room G-171. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. The event, which also features guest speakers such as novelist Ron Rozelle and poet Barbara Youngblood Carr, is designed to enhance and develop creative writing skills. The workshop is free to adults 60 and over and ACC students, faculty and staff. The fee is $10 for non-students and $5 for public school students with current identification. Bring a sack lunch.
