Annie Barrows: the Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society June 11, 2009

Author Annie Barrows will discuss her novel. This story is based on a spur-of-the-moment subterfuge by the Isle of Guernsey to hide their real activities from their Nazi occupies. Mary Anne Schaeffer started this book but died before it was finished. Annie Barrows, Schaeffer's niece, completed the novel.
