On Sunday July, 4, 2010 the Ann Arbor Jaycees will be hosting their 20th Annual Fourth of July Parade in downtown Ann Arbor between State and Main Streets along the path of Liberty and William Streets starting at 11 am. The event is free for the general public. For those wishing to participate, non-commercial entries are free and the cost for commercial entries is $25. Sponsorships or donations for the parade are tax-deductible and welcomed to help support the operating expenses of the parade committee. In addition to the parade, activities will feature a contest for the “most community pride” entry with an award of at least $250 and a patriotic bike decoration contest for children 12 years old and under.
