Robert Glenn Ketchum, leading environmental photographer, will speak at The G2 Gallery, a green art space dedicated to nature and wildlife photography.
Award-winning photographer Robert Glenn Ketchum returns to The G2 Gallery in the wake of two major accomplishments: securing the title of American Master bestowed by American Photo Magazine, and a Partners in Conservation commendation from the U.S. Department of the Interior. Robert will deliver a talk at the Gallery entitled “And You May Ask Yourself, How Did I Get Here”: 40-Years in Reflection that will discuss his groundbreaking work as an activist photographer, including updates on the fight to keep Pebble Mine out of Bristol Bay in Southwest Alaska. This talk coincides with the exhibit Robert Glenn Ketchum: A Life in Photography, on view at The G2 Gallery through June 20, 2010. This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments provided.
