Ancient Forest Ecology (hike) September 27, 2007

Hike through a nearby grove of low elevation old growth forest with en environmental educator. Along the way, we will discuss the Natural History of the area and learn more about the old growth ecosystem. With any luck, we may spot one of the bald eagles nesting on the property. The walk will be at a relaxed pace, on an easy-to-moderate trail. Appropriate for ages 10 and up. Cost $5 (free for Friends of Forest Park members)
