User First provides monthly education sessions on eye tracking and web analytics, minus the sales pitch. Workshop leader and UX advocate Leslie Chacon, founder of User First, will begin by explaining the technology of the equipment and methods of design, followed by the metrics and data that is delivered, plus a live demo with 1-2 volunteers from the audience.

A note from NYC UPA President Gloria Petron:

Leslie has assured me that neither she nor her colleagues wear lab coats, and that there are no electrodes involved at any time.

Space is limited to 30, and Pace is springing for coffee and doughnuts.
