Who created the first sound cartoon? The first color cartoon? The first feature-length cartoon? Who got his start with animation in Kansas City , and based his famous mouse on a furry friend from his "starving time" here? The answer is, of course, Walt Disney. Add to those firsts the creation of the modern themed amusement park and the popularizing of the ABC TV network, and you have a most unusual Hollywood mogul. The stories of these beginnings comprise the presentation of Humanities presenter D. William S. Worley as Missouri's most famous movie producer.
