An Evening With the Palmers: Anna Campbell and Georgianna Palmer – Explore the lives of this mother and daughter. Under the pen name Mrs. George Archibald, Anna Palmer wrote newspaper columns, poems, lyrics, short stories and children’s books while her daughter Georgianna taught generations of Elmirans how to play the piano. The program is free and open to the public, and will be held at the Chemung Valley History Museum at 415 East Water Street in Elmira.
