An Evening with Ferron November 16, 2008

Legendary Canadian singer'songwriter Canadian returns to her home town of Vancouver for an evening of music, stories and camraderie. Compared to Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan for her complex yet beautiful poetry and style of delivery, An Evening with Ferron will bring out fans who have followed her music for 30+ years as well as a new generation of Ferron enthusiasts.

Opening for Ferron is KATE REID, local singer-songwriter who's making a splash on the music scene with her witty wordsmilthing of songs which talks about coming out, small towns and matters of the heart. "A straight shooter but definitely not straight" katereid.net
