Ocean Blue Catering at Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration is hosting its first single malt scotch tasting on November 13 at 6:30 p.m. Indulge in five fine single malt scotch whiskies paired with delicious cuisine, ranging from grilled lollypop lamb chops and seared scallop on crispy wonton with roasted pepper salad to chocolate and raspberry terrine with vanilla sauce, against a backdrop of fish, marine mammals, reptiles and more on the aquarium’s main exhibit floor.
If that is not enough to tempt you, the event will also feature several guest speakers – all for $50 per person.
