An Elegant Evening of Chocolate and Wine February 14, 2011

Boston Chocolate School’s class, An Evening of Chocolate and Wine, debuts on Valentine’s Day, February 14 at the elegant College Club of Boston. Attendees of the Boston Chocolate School’s Evening of Chocolate and Wine will learn how to expertly pair wine and chocolate, creating new and unexpected tastes that delight the senses.

Guests will sample chocolates from local artisans from across New England. An elegant and intimate event, An Evening of Chocolate and Wine is a perfect first way to say “ I love you” on Valentine’s Day. The class is also perfect for a great evening out with friends, a first date, or simply a way to rekindle romance in Boston’s beautiful Back Bay.

Classes on February 14 begin at 6:00pm and 9:00pm. All other classes begin at 7:00pm. Classes are held at the College Club of Boston, located at 44 Commonwealth Avenue in the Back Bay.
