Join Friends of Ryerson Woods and soprano Eleanor Ranney for an evening of music by composer Ralph Vaughan Williams. This rare collection of songs evokes beautiful scenes of nature and love and loss. These rarely performed pieces are true gems of the vocal repertoire. Eleanor Ranney performs Early Music, Chamber music and Opera. Ms. Ranney holds a Masters degree from Mannes Conservatory of the New School for Music in New York City. Currently an adjunct professor at Franklin College in Indiana, Eleanor is a native of Santa Fe New Mexico.
