"Just when it seems there are few good songwriters anymore, Amy Regan comes along to dispel that notion."
(Henry Lewis, Music Connection Magazine)
Join up & coming singer/songwriter Amy Regan (opening for Ben Kweller) at NY's Pratt Institute Memorial Hall on May 1 at 6PM for a live performance of songs from her upcoming debut. The set will include Regan's feel-good song "Carry On," which was recently featured in a national Hertz commercial. Dubbed one of Music Connection’s “Hot 100 Unsigned Artist,” Regan's warm, soulful vocals are as emotive as the words that she sings. From the upbeat "Gonna Get Better" to the bittersweet "Keep You Warm," she flawlessly fuses classic pop sensibilities with lyrical integrity, and a breathtaking performance that's both gentle and fierce.
