Woodwind master Alex Coke's career has included over 25 years creating music with Tina Marsh and the Creative Opportunity Orchestra, 10 years spent living in Amsterdam and touring internationally, performances with Austin heavyweights like Alejandro Escovedo, numerous recordings, many local awards and a position on the wage/scale committee of the Austin Federation of Musicians.
Golden Arm Trio frontman and composer extraordinaire Graham Reynolds will conduct the interview discussing Mr. Coke's long career, his musical studies from his days at St. Stephen's High School in Austin to his private studies around the world and his thoughts on making a living as a working musician in Austin.
