"America’s Music: Funny, You Don’t Sound Jewish" February 4, 2012

Richmond-based klezmer ensemble Klezm'Or'Ami'm will explore the relationship between klezmer and jazz in a program of songs featuring hit tunes by Gershwin and a variety of klezmer classics on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012 at 2 p.m. at the Richmond Public Library. This event occurs in conjunction with the exhibit "A Fine Romance: Jewish Songwriters, American Songs, 1910-1965" at James Branch Cabell Library. The exhibit runs from Jan. 19 through Feb. 24, 2012.
