American Vision: Henry Francis Du Pont's Winterthur July 14, 2007

The exhibition chronicles America's past through the decorative and useful arts of our ancestors. Using the depth and richness of Winterthur's unrivaled collection of decorative and fine arts made or used in America between 1640 and 1860, the exhibition presents over 300 objects including furniture, paintings, silver, ceramics, textiles and glass.
